By downloading or using the DTI (Discipler Training International) mobile application, these terms will automatically apply to you. Therefore, you should make sure that you read them carefully before using the https://www.dti-tool.disciplers.org website and the DTI mobile application operated by Discipler Training International.

We are offering this app and our materials for your use without cost, but you should be aware that you’re not allowed to modify our app, our logo or the content in any way, unless permission is granted by DTI. You may share the DTI app and materials, providing you do not change them or charge for them. The app and materials, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Discipler Training International.

DTI is committed to ensuring the app is useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or withdraw the app at any time and for any reason.

Your access to and use of the DTI App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the DTI App.

Termination:
We may terminate or suspend access to the DTI App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Content:
Note that our material is under copyright and may be freely distributed, as long as it is not changed.

Our app allows you to share personal information with other users, if you choose to.
We do allow you to leave messages and comments with other App Users, and we request that all comments and communications (chat) with other App Users be respectful and useful.

Privacy:
We value any personal information you choose to share with us and will guard it carefully. While you may set up an account for purposes of messaging others within the app and for receiving updates, having an account is NOT required to use the app.

We will respect your privacy and your information will not be used by us for any reason other than to update you (when necessary) regarding aspects of the app. Updates to the App will be sent via our electronic Newsletter, using the email address you provide us, when registering for the App.

Our app may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Discipler Training International. Discipler Training International has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Discipler Training International shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Changes:
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes in terms will be available immediately via a link in the Profiles page of the app. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
